How can I know if the USCIS will reject my savings?

I plan to apply for the EB-5 visa using much of my savings. Most of the money is inherited from my parents, while other sources include performance bonuses from work and some ongoing businesses. I understand the sensitivity of the source of legal funds and believe I can back most of the money. However, I’d like to know what funds the USCIs is rejecting today and why, so I can prepare that part of my application better.

Generally, we try to cover all questions they could ask to show the complete legal money trail. Your EB-5 attorney should do that for you. If the government is not satisfied, they will send a Request for Evidence for you to clarify their questions.
