How can I jointly file I-829 with my spouse whose conditional EB-5 green card will expire on a different date?

As the primary petitioner, my conditional green card will expire Sep. 2024, and my spouse’s expiration date is Sep. 2025, which is one year later. Can I include my spouse in my I-829 form to remove the conditions together this September? Or does my spouse have to wait until September 2025 to separately file her own I-829? If I include my spouse in my I-829 application, will USCIS deny my I-829 application because my spouse’s conditional green card has not satisfied the two-year limit?

The USCIS instructions to I-829 seem to indicate all may file together with the Principal without restriction of a different expiration date on the conditional residency.
