How can I invest in an EB-5 project that is in a TEA and an Opportunity Zone?

I am studying a real estate development project in a TEA that is also supposed to be an Opportunity Zone. The project states that I can invest with tax incentives. I would like to know if this can be true and if there is such an incentive in the United States for foreign investors from China.
