I am exploring the EB-5 option and have read that the program may end in September 2026. Is it possible to get the EB-5 green card before that? What happens if I don’t? Will there be an extension?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI have not heard of the program ending September 2026 and would fully expect an extension. The Rural and Targeted Employment area Regional Centers are being adjudicated the quickest but adjustment depends on your country of birth – see the Visa Bulletin.
