So far, my country is not on the list of banned countries to travel to the United States, nor is it on the list of countries that is facing a new suspension of immigration processes. But can I request a refund of my EB-5 investment if the situation were to change?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou have to read the subscription agreement, but most likely not unless petition is denied.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou would have to look at the contracts that you signed, presumably with an issuer of securities under the Regional Center Program. A lot of companies offer I-526E Denial Guaranties, but that may mean withdrawing your EB-5 petition. You may not want to rush to do this, especially if any presumed litigation would stop the administration from pausing processing of immigration cases.
