If I choose to withdraw my I-526E petition, am I eligible to request a refund from the Regional Center? The current investment term is 5 years; however, since it has been less than 2 years and we have already obtained our green card through another source, I would like to inquire whether a refund can be requested earlier than the stated term.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThis issue is mainly related to the subscription agreement and partnership agreement you signed with the regional center. Even though the regulations request at least two years' sustainment, the investment terms also depend on the subscription and partnership agreements.
