I have received a NOID on my I-829, as my lawyer did not submit redeployment documents for my investment from the original project to the second project during my sustainment period. Was this a mistake from the lawyer’s perspective, and can it be fixed?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysPlease consult with your current immigration attorney to determine the reason for the NOID and identify which documents may be required to respond in order to obtain approval from USCIS. It may also be advisable to
seek a second legal opinion to help you evaluate the best course of action moving forward.
