I obtained my Green Card through the EB-5 investment program, and now I have applied for a dependent visa for my spouse using the I-130 application. However, the application processing time keeps increasing. Is there any way to expedite the process?

Immigration attorneysUnfortunately, no. If you were married before, your conditional green card was approved, she can file to adjust or consular process as a derivative based on that approval and her relationship to you.

Immigration attorneysIf you married only after obtaining your green card, then she is stuck in the long waiting line. You must naturalize as soon as possible and explore the possibility of her obtaining a dual intent visa such as an H-1B or L-1.

Immigration attorneysIf you've held conditional residency for 5 years, you may want to consider applying for U.S. citizenship, as it could potentially be a faster process.

Immigration attorneysNot really… you night be able to sue after a certain amount of time but don't see how this would help you as the Priority date for F2A is in 2021. Hurry up and naturalize so you get your spouse into the IR category.
