Would investing directly in an EB-5 project allow me to continue managing the business after I receive the green card? I am looking to invest in a highly profitable franchise and would like to continue managing the business I create and expand into others as well.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou only get the right to work in the business after you get as green card or if eligible for concurrent filing, when you get your work card, and that can take about 6 months.
