Is it feasible to start the EB-5 application process while I begin my H-1B job as soon as I arrive in the U.S.? That way, while I work, the application will progress, and if my H-1B is not renewed for three more years, my conditional green card will still be approved, correct?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysH-1B and EB-5 don’t conflict. You can file EB-5 concurrently with H-1B. At the same time, you can also file I-485 concurrently with I-526. Even though your H-1B renewal is not approved, it will not affect the approval of your I-526. You should concurrently file I-485 to adjust your status in the U.S.
