How can I choose a U.S. immigration attorney for my EB-5 visa?

How can I choose a reputable immigration attorney with experience in EB-5 cases? What specific credentials or success rates I should look for? Is there an official registry of EB-5 attorneys?

All attorneys must be licensed by a State attorney regulatory body. There is no specific registry for “EB-5” attorneys.
Interview several attorneys to understand how they work (ie who will work on your case; how long the case prep is, what the attorney’s role is after the submission), who they collaborate with (connected w a regional center?), and ask for client references.

You should call one of us, the EB-5 attorney, who will respond to you on this forum and conduct an interview. You should find one that meets your criteria in terms of knowledge, experience, and personality traits.

You should consider the attorney's past experience, especially in evaluating lawful source of funds and approval rates. There is no official registry of EB-5 attorneys. The most reliable source can be from eb5investor magazine, but you have to verify from other sources and others' comments.
