How can I avoid rejection because of a health issue?

I am resuming my EB-5 application process after two years of cancer treatment. My cancer is in recession, and the prognosis is favorable. However, I am afraid my medical record might hurt my application somehow. What must I do to avoid this?

If it's debilitating, then it could be a public charge issue. But generally, they are concerned about contagious diseases so cancer generally will not make you inadmissible.

Cancer should not be a reason for a medical rejection. Discuss with the civil surgeon on what records they may need from your treating doctor and if any required vaccinations would be inappropriate.
