How can I attract direct investment in an EB-5 entity?

My company with five locations is looking for direct EB-5 investment in three of its locations. One of these locations is in a TEA and two are in a rural area. How do I attract investors for this? Are there any steps I need to take first?

There are many steps needed to ensure you are qualified to solicit EB-5 investment, including structuring the loans properly, the economic analysis showing the required job creation, and the documenting the TEA and rural area. Speak to an experienced immigration attorney specializing in EB-5.

You have to fundraise like everything else. Seminars, marketing events, outreach, etc.

The RIA only allows for one EB-5 investor to be associated with one NCE (one investor per NCE) for direct investments. That being said, you can certainly have multiple NCEs that are located in TEAs and have multiple EB-5 investors invest in each project.
