I am looking at the H-1B visa, but also at the EB-3 visa option. Would it be possible to apply for both at the same time?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes, it is possible to apply for the H-1B visa and the EB-3 employment-based third preference concurrently. The H-1B visa is a dual-intent visa, which means there is no requirement to prove that you maintain a residence in a foreign country that you do not intend to abandon. I.N.A. § 101(a)(15)(H)(i).
