How can I apply for two U.S. visas at the same time?

I am looking at the H-1B visa, but also at the EB-3 visa option. Would it be possible to apply for both at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to apply for the H-1B visa and the EB-3 employment-based third preference concurrently. The H-1B visa is a dual-intent visa, which means there is no requirement to prove that you maintain a residence in a foreign country that you do not intend to abandon. I.N.A. § 101(a)(15)(H)(i).

You may apply for an H-1B visa, normally starting by registering for the annual lottery each year, and simultaneously pursue a green card in the
EB-3 category, if an employer is willing to sponsor you.
