How can I apply for the EB-5 visa from a different country?

I aim to apply for the EB-5 visa from my home country, Greece. However, due to my employer’s business expansion, I may need to relocate temporarily to China for a period of three years to assist in the opening of the new office. Will I be able to apply from China even though my nationality is Greek? Should apply from Greece even though I won’t be living there during the initial part of the process? Where should I have the US consulate interview if my application is approved, China or Greece?

There is no problem filing from another country, and just specify in the I-526 which consulate you want to process at. If plans change later, you can change consulates at the NVC stage (after I-526 approval).

Your location in the world is irrelevant to your EB-5 visa application.
