Many regional center offer the option to get loans from an entity separate from RC. Are these loans valid options, and are there any challenges in getting USCIS approvals using such loans?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysGetting a loan from a third party (not a bank) is an option for EB-5, but the main challenge is whether the loan provider can provide sufficient documentation for its lawful source of funds used to loan to the investor. Investor must make sure the loan provider can fully cooperate to provide sufficient documentation.
