How can EB-5 investors verify the authenticity of USCIS documents?

I have received a scanned copy of my invitation letter signed by USCIS. How could I check the authenticity of my EB-5 notes, receipts and letters? Are there generally any fraud cases regarding this?

Was it mailed to you from USCIS? If you don’t trust your counsel, it’s probably time to get a different one.

I have not heard of fraud in these type of notices.
