I am required to return to the Philippines for inheritance paperwork, as the process has been judicialized due to a conflict with other relatives. A proxy could handle some matters, but I am required to attend court hearings and provide testimony. I am already in my second year as an H-1B visa worker, and I’d like to know my options. Would it be possible to travel back and forth until this situation is resolved?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you have a valid H-1B visa stamp in your passport, you are okay to travel. If not, you need to apply for one.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes, you can travel but will need an H visa to return. I suggest also carrying an employer letter that you are returning to your position with them.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou need to obtain an H-1B visa stamp at the consulate to return. You can schedule your visa interview while still here.
