How can an attorney in my country handle my EB-5 application?

Would it be possible for my family’s attorney to manage our application from home, or must we hire a lawyer in the US to handle this process?

I recommend a U.S. attorney as most foreign attorneys aren’t licensed to practice in the U.S. but your family attorney can certainly also advise.
