How can a U.S. attorney handle my application if I’m abroad?

Will I have to travel to the U.S. to meet with the attorney to file the application? Can we do it in my current country of residence instead? Do I also have to travel to my home country to file the application? I live in Ho Chi Minh City, but I am originally from Thailand.

Most of the EB-5 cases we handle are for people abroad, including many from China. Can use email and WhatsApp, or even Viber if preferred.
