I am on an H-1B and have an upcoming visa renewal appointment in November. If I plan to file for my I-526E and EAD/AP by next month, is it okay to travel? What are my options if travel is unavoidable and I wish to avoid delaying the EB-5 application processing?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf you travel before your AP is approved, it will be abandoned and it will need to be refiled when back in the US. You can travel on H1B but if you leave before the AP is approved, your AP will be abandoned and will need a new one when you come back. Please note that the visa will have to be current in order to reapply for AP.
