How can I travel abroad without putting my I-539 at risk?

I have a valid H-4 visa until June 30 and I have to travel outside the U.S. for a week before that. If I have already filed an I-539 form, should I file another one when I come back here? What should I do to stay in the U.S. legally, since it is mentioned that when you travel outside, the I-539 will be denied?
