How can my spouse travel outside the United States using the I-512 endorsement?

My wife just recently got her EAD card with a I-512 endorsement (Advanced Parole). Before we got married and filed her application for a green card, she was under F-1 status but with an expired Visa. I am a US citizen, that is how I am sponsoring her. She really wants to visit her family abroad. She has a pending I-130 and a pending I-485. She currently works at a university under her OPT, but that will switch to an EAD. Is it safe for her to travel out of the country? Will she have issues re-entering the US?

You need a consultation appointment with an immigration attorney.

Yes, she can safely travel. Nothing is risk free and the risk in this case is extremely low, unless she has been arrested for a drug offense, or crime involving moral turpitude.
