Can I enter the U.S. with my children on different dates after getting our EB-5 visas?

I recently got our EB-5 visas. Can I enter first with my son, then leave the US after 4 days, and then re-enter the US with my daughter after 3 months? My son and I were emailed our conditional green cards stamped, but will my stamped immigrant visa still be valid at the port of entry? Will the conditional permanent residency start date of my daughter influence our I-829 form?

You can enter at different times but its best to enter together especially in regards to filing your I-829.
