What is the current timeline for concurrent filing of I-485, I-131 and EAD for EB-5?

I am currently on a valid F-1 visa. How long would it take to receive approved documents for concurrent filing with I-485, I-131 and EAD? Can I travel with the valid F-1 visa after filing, while I wait for the adjustment of status for EB-5?

After you file the I-485, you will have to wait for at least 6-9 months to get an approval on the I-131 before you can leave the U.S. There are exceptions for extreme emergencies.

If you do not have an approved I-526 that will need to be approved. It seems to be taking 4-5 years. You cannot travel on F-1 once you file the I-485; you will need an approved travel permit (I-131 called advance parole). Leaving without this, you will abandon your pending I-485 and ancillary benefits.
