How long is the average processing time for an EB-5 visa after I-526 approval?

After almost 4 years, I received approval for my EB-5 I-526 application on 9 Aug. 2023. I am from Turkey and live with my family in Thailand. At this point, how long would it take to get our immigrant visas to the USA?

It will take a few months to transfer the file to NVC, but if you move now to get all your documents ready, then you can reply quickly to NVC and ask them to please schedule as soon as possible. In practice, it depends on the capacity of each consular post but you can speed it up by being ready with your documents.

Congratulations on your I-526 approval. Consular processing can take anywhere from 6-12 months, depending on document gathering/processing and the speed at which the consulate schedules an interview. You should reach out to your immigration attorney to complete consular processing.
