My I-797 receipt is valid until May 2022 and I have not received USCIS notice to extend it to 24 months (from 18).
Can I travel internationally in April 2022 with the original receipt (that is valid until May 2022)? Any restrictions or minimum time remaining conditions on the receipt?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyThere is no restriction on the minimum remaining time on the receipt as long as you enter before expiration. If you want to be really safe, you can try and get the temporary green card stamp but they may or may not issue one. Depends on the reason for travel and the local office attitude.
