Since the reauthorization effort of the EB-5 Regional Center Program has lapsed in Congress, USCIS has made it clear that they will continue to accept I-485 application, based on an approved RC I-526 petition, however they will put the I-485 on-hold until the program gets reauthorized.
My question is, will USCIS continue to adjudicate the AP Combo Card (I-765 & I-131) application, while putting the I-485 application on hold during the lapse? As I currently reside in the U.S., I am hoping to concurrently file I-485 and AP Combo Card (Adjustment of Status) applications.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneySince the adjustment filings are going to be placed on hold, applications for employment and travel authorizations will also be suspended if based on the underlying adjustment petition that is being placed on hold.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyYou will find the clear answer in USCIS''s policy. If your I-485 is accepted, USCIS will process I-131 and I-765. If your I-485 is rejected, they will not.
