What can pending EB-5 investors do in term of litigation if the EB-5 program do not get reauthorized?

What is the probability of the EB5 Regional Center program not getting reauthorized come June 30, 2021? If not reauthorized, what can existing investors do in terms of litigation?

Even if not re-authorized, I would expect existing investors to be protected.

There is a lot of anxiety by those seeking to push through the Grassley Bill. I am confident Congress will extend, but it may be another short extension to Sept. 30. Hopefully, a good bill will emerge soon.

The law may not reauthorize one regional center but being not reauthorized may not be due to its negligence. If it is, investors who invested and receive damages will have a cause of action and file a lawsuit.
