How long does USCIS take to process I-526 RFE after providing the evidence? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysUSCIS does not really provide timelines. Sometimes their RFE says you can expect an answer in 60 days, but that also may very well not happen. If a case is pending too long, a writ of mandamus filed in federal court can compel USCIS to make a decision.
