You may check average published processing times at uscis.gov. It is not yet clear whether there will be any fast track routes for certain EB-5 I-526s based on rural area, TEA, or infrastructure investments based on new reauthorization coming into effect. With a concurrent I-485 filing being allowed, applicants would be in a position to apply for AP/EAD which is a substantial benefit to have. Other than that, it is ultimately up to USCIS to improve its processing times.
