How does the pending I-924 of our regional center impact our EB-5 I-526 processing time?

I recently noticed that the I-924 petition status for our regional center is pending. How would this affect the processing time of my Form I-526?

USCIS will likely hold I-526 cases until I-924 approval is granted. I do not believe they would do any work on the case until then.

If the I-924 is for the project you have invested in, the approval of the I-924 will help adjudication of your case.

They likely will approve the I-924 first.

Probably makes it longer. Reason being the USCIS has stated that they typically will not review the underlying I-526 petitions in a project unless they have approved the project documents in an I-924 exemplar, or have received at least two I-526 petitions for a project.
