What are my visa options for United States while waiting for EB-5 to be reauthorized?

I am from Turkey and live in Thailand with my family. I applied for an EB-5 visa in November 2019 through a regional center. I have to wait for reauthorization and then more time for my application to be adjudicated. But now I want to move with my family to the USA, my house is ready there. What options of visas do I have for that? Note that I have applied for B1/B2 visa and it has been rejected.

There are many options to immigration. If you have close family, you can apply for a family petitioned visa. If not, you can seek employment options. For example, if there is a company willing to offer you employment and petition for you, that might open a door. Alternatively, if you are from an E-2 visa treaty country, you can invest and apply for an E-2 treaty investor, or if trading, an E-1 trader visa. If you do not have the correct nationality, you can acquire the nationality of a treaty country in some cases.

E-2 investor visa. Or get an employer to sponsor you on an H.

Perhaps an E-1 or E-2 treaty trader or treaty investor?
