I have a pending case with USCIS. I have filed I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485 that say the case was received on March 18, 2021 then accepted the fingerprint fee on April 13, 2021. It is already like 15 weeks but i haven’t heard from USCIS. Is this normal processing time?
My receipt number starts with MSC. I am from California. How will i know which service center are handling my case? When I checked online it stands as Missouri Service Center which is weird.
