How should I get my name change to USCIS during a pending I-829 EB-5 petition?

I have a legal name change in local civil court. If my conditional green card is expired, how can I obtain the documentation from DHS to change my name at the social security office? If I interfile the name change court certificate to USCIS, will my new name be shown on the new permanent green card after I obtained my I829 approval?

You can interfile this with a copy of the I-829 receipt and/or call USCIS to report the name change.

There is no set way but if you have a court order, you can try and interfile - they may want you to file an I-90 for a replacement card. I would try both options.
