How can I invest in my own U.S.-based online business to get an EB-5 visa?

I have my own online business (consulting services) established in the USA. It was founded in 2019. Can I invest in this business through the EB-5 program? What are the specific requirements for online businesses?

  If you are filing direct EB-5, the basic requirements are to create 10 full-time jobs and invest $1,000,000. Usually, it is harder if you did not plan to do EB-5 from the beginning. I usually advise immigrants to find a good regional center project because that allows for indirect job creation and makes EB-5 viable.
