Since my EB-5 conditional green card and extension expired, can I get another stamp while the program is pending?

While my I-829 is pending, my conditional green card and extension expired, so I had my first stamp on the passport on Apr. 2021. Due to the EB-5 program issue, my company filed a new I-485 for me (I-140 was approved). My question is, can I have another stamp on Apr. 2022?

Yes, you may get unlimited stamps, but they do not like to issue these more than 30 days before your current one expires.

If your I-829 is still pending, you are eligible to get an I-551 stamp extension.
