What is the EAD timeline after filing EB-5 I-526 and I-485 concurrently?

I am applying for an EB-5 visa and filing I-526 and I-485 concurrently. I am currently on H-1B and want to quit to work on my own venture as soon as possible. Approximately how long does it take to receive an employment authorization document?

They have been very slow in the past but presently getting much better. I can optimistically say as little as 6 months, but each case seems to vary.

Anywhere from 3-12 months. You can look up the processing time once you have the receipt with the Service Center where it is pending. They are getting faster.
