EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes, you both are eligible and provided you have not accumulated unlawful presence over 180 days, you can use the advance parole to travel - they are, however, very backlogged.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYes - one of the benefits of filing for adjustment of status is that you are allowed to file for a temporary work permit (EAD) and travel permit (advanced parole) as part of your adjustment of status package. This benefit applies to all dependent applicants too.
