How can a person who was deported a long time ago due to CIMT apply for an EB-5 visa?

I was deported 19 years ago from the US for one crime involving moral turpitude. What are the chances that I can apply for an EB-5 visa? Could I possibly get a waiver for this?

You may be able to obtain the appropriate waiver. You need a consultation appointment with an immigration attorney.

Chances are good because there is a 212(h) waiver for crimes over 15 years old that does not require any showing of extreme hardship.
