My husband is currently in Haiti and our case has been documentarily qualified since 12/19. Haiti is really not processing spouses visa using Covid. Due to recent unrest in Haiti, we have decided to have my husband move to Dominican Republic. My question is, will it be possible to change his interview location to Dominican Republic? If yes, will that put him at the back of line? Dominican Republic is doing June 2020 interviews now. Also, what type of documentation will he need to prove that he s living there now.
