Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWhen you say you have your EB-5 approval, I assume you mean your green card through the EB-5 program. "The Principal of this family office have some adverse issues in the U.S." - the term adverse issue is vague. If you mean he or she does not like immigrants, this should not be an issue if your visa is correctly and lawfully obtained.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWhatever their problem is should not affect you as far as your EB-5 is concerned. Did you invest directly or use a Regional Center?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyUnlikely it will have an impact, but you will probably want to discuss the details with an experienced attorney to assess.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyUnless you are involved in some hugely fraudulent scheme, probably not.
