I have a pending EB-5 visa petition. Can I change my address by updating USCIS through an AR-11 even though the petition is still pending or do I need to file another EB-5 petition as an adjustment/amendment?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf you are living in the U.S., you must file an AR-11 within 10 days of moving and it would be smart to notify USCIS as well.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyAn address change should be reported to USCIS on Form AR-11; do not file a new I-526 petition.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyI would just file the AR-11. That should be enough.
