How can I transfer to another EB-5 project after receiving my conditional green card?

I”ve got my conditional green card thru EB-5, how can I transfer my investment capital to another project? I know some investors have transferred to another project, but they haven”t gotten a permanent green card. So, I”m wondering if it”s legal to do that?

Material change after landing is possible, but you need to have an expert lawyer evaluate the new project since USCIS has published new rules about the geography of where you can continue to invest, and if outside the geography of the regional center, this could be a new issue they have now started raising.

There is no such thing as "transferring" to a different project. In certain circumstances, investors can invest in a different EB-5 project and retain the priority date of their initial I-526 filing. This option is not available to those who have already been admitted to the U.S. as CPRs such as yourself.

Yes, you can file another application for an EB-5 visa and try to re-adjust your status if it is approved.
