I suspect potential investment fraud by misuse of the EB-5 investment money. What should I do to secure the green card, identify the fraud and secure initial investment, then get the potential promised return?

Your question however seems to rest on whether you can get green card benefits notwithstanding the fraud. This is a complicated question that can only be answered through an examination of the fund flow and deployment of assets. It may well be your money was deployed in a non-fraudulent manner before any fraud took place. This would mean that you could get your green card but maybe not a return of your money. Whatever you do, retain counsel to assist in reporting suspicions to regulators as to provide the protections of privilege and confidentiality.
