I submitted my I-829 application package/docs 3 weeks ago. I have USPS receipt of submission at Lewisville, TX Service center.
I also attached Form G1145 along with form I-829 to receive an electronic notification when USCIS accepts my form I-829. However, I have not yet received any confirmation of receipt.
How long does it take USCIS to send me electronic notification of receipt/acceptance of my form I-829?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyThe times vary, I usually advise clients it will take weeks, but in some cases, it took months, as long as 2-3 months during the worst times.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyUSCIS is delayed in issuing receipt notices and electronic notifications. You should wait up to 60 days to make sure (1) the filing fee check has cashed or your credit card has been charged); and (2) you receive the electronic notification and/or filing fee receipt. If you do not receive either within 60 days, you should email the immigrant investor program office or call the USCIS Contact Center.
