How can I get an I-551 stamp if my I-829 is pending but my EB-5 project failed?

My I-829 is pending (waiting for denial), as the EB-5 project failed and has already been removed from the USCIS EB-5 list. I had an I-551 stamp which expired earlier this year. Can I apply for another I-551 stamp now? What are the chances I will get it?

You should be able to get another stamp up until an immigration judge orders you to be removed -that may take years or not happen at all since these are not priority cases for removal unless you are involved in fraud.

If USCIS knows the project failed, you should not get another stamp. You may consider redeploying your funds.

If your I-829 is pending, then you can obtain another I-551 stamp.

You are a conditional permanent resident until a Judge issues a final decision that you are not. You may need to push USCIS to give you a stamp, but they do owe you one.

Call customer service and request an info pass. You should be able to get it.
