What ongoing uncertainties should potential investors know about regarding current EB-5 processing times?

What uncertainties should I expect when filing Form I-526? How delayed is the USCIS in processing these? I hear the processing times on the website do not always reflect the real-life scenarios. What should I prepare myself for if I am not from a backlogged country?

The times on the website are horrific but I am pleased to advise we received at least 10 approvals in the past week alone and most of them took about 8-9 months, but these were for rural projects that have project approval already.

Be prepared for a very long wait. Could be quick, could be slow, it is anybody''s guess and a roll of the dice.

The processing times are improving slightly from the backlog from Trump years and pandemic. Regardless of what the processing times are now or in the future, the key to immigrating to U.S. is to get in line as early as you can. Like the sold-out concert of Taylor Swift, the line will not get better longer you wait.
