How can we fix a mistake on our I-829, 24 month receipts for EB-5?

We just received our I-829 24 month extensions. However, I think there’s a mistake on the ISCIS part. The original receipts we received a while back in the petitioner field states the name of the investor and in the beneficiary field states the name of the dependent. These 24 month receipts contains the name of the dependent in both fields. And in the explanation below it states you are included as a dependent from the above petitioner, so it doesn’t make sense. What can I do?

I have contacted USCIS through the "tools" section of their website to correct receipt notice errors.

Should be separate receipts for the principal and each of the dependents. It does not seem like a mistake; that is the way the receipt of the dependent arrives.

This is OK for a D receipt.

Unfortunately they made a lot of this same mistake - all we can do is write to the IPO and ask them to fix it.
