Me and two of my dependants received the 24 month I-829 receipt, but my spouse hasn”t. Is that normal?
This would be the second receipt notice we received. I already emailed the IPO office but they don”t respond. What should I do?

Immigration AttorneysWe are seeing this all the time - you can email IPO but they do not respond. This is sadly normal but keep trying because there is no other solution worth pursuing. You can try the USCIS Ombudsman as that is getting a little better.

Immigration AttorneysIf the expiration date is near, call USCIS and ask for an appointment.

Immigration AttorneysCall the contact center and then write a letter to the address on the I-829. We just did one of these recently.
